Buster, our Katahdin ram is now for sale.

He was born in January 2023. We purchased him in 11/23/23 and placed him with our four ewes. He successfully bred all four ewes. Three of the ewes delivered twins and one delivered a singleton. The deliveries were uncomplicated and did not require any intervention on our part.

He has been rotationally grazed on our pasture in a Management Intensive Grazing (MiG) system. We have utilized electrical netting fencing for these rotations and Buster has respected this boundary.

He is gentle. He will follow a bucket and allow you to pet him. He was in the same pen with the delivering ewes and showed no signs of aggression towards any of the new lambs. We even transported him in our minivan!

We are only parting with Buster because we plan to keep his ewe lambs to expand our flock.
