Back in the day (I'm admitting that I'm old) when I played sports, we received trophies for prizes. It was recently brought to my attention that some sports today are receiving medals and rings for prizes after winning a big competition. This makes perfect sense to me as these must be easier to display and carry around.
We had requests for a personalized way to display these images of triumph. Here's the result:
The hubby built the frame and center shelves.
I painted the frame white to mimic the home plate.
I painted the design and shelves (if desired). We worked together with the customer to create the exact personalized elements for each one so that they were similar but yet unique to the individual player.
We purchased and added pegs that resemble softball bats to add an additional sports-feel to the project.
The final result looks even better with all of their accomplishments displayed on the pegs.
We were so happy to be able to participate in this project and provide these ladies a way to show off the results of their hard work!
