Our lambs are raised with intention, care, and respect for the land. At Growing Roots Farm, we use rotational grazing practices that allow our pastures time to rest and recover, improving soil health while providing our animals with fresh, nutrient-dense forage. This thoughtful approach supports both animal well-being and long-term land stewardship.
Our lamb is 100% grass-fed and pasture-raised, never given antibiotics or added hormones. The result is clean, flavorful meat raised in a system that works with nature rather than against it.
All lamb products are processed under USDA inspection at Oxbow Meats in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky, then frozen and vacuum sealed to preserve freshness and quality from the moment it leaves the processor.
This collection features a variety of lamb cuts offering versatile options for everyday meals while supporting a local, regenerative food system.
Available through on-farm pickup, farmers markets, and local drop locations, our lamb represents a transparent connection between farmer, land, and table.
