Farm Fresh Eggs
Our eggs are a mixture of colors and sizes.
Our chickens are rotationally grazed throughout the farm from roughly March through December. During the winter months, they are housed in our hoophouse utilizing a deep bedding approach.
We provide a buffet-style of feed that includes corn, oats, soybean meal (or roasted soybeans when we can get them) and fish meal. We provide another bin with free choice minerals and supplements that includes oyster shell, grit, kelp, Fertrell brand Nutribalancer, probiotic and red pepper flakes (and occasional sunflower seeds and wheat). Our chickens also receive kitchen scraps and any vegetation and bugs that they can get on pasture.

Onsite farm pickup is available. Meetups in Lexington, Georgetown, Cynthiana and other local areas can be arranged. Contact us for more information on this option.
