This bottom round roast comes from our Dexter cattle, a heritage breed well-suited to pasture-based systems. Raised at Growing Roots Farm using rotational grazing practices, our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, producing clean, naturally flavorful meat with excellent texture.

Cooking Suggestions & Temperature Guidance

Bottom round roast benefits from low-and-slow cooking methods:
