Beef Brisket
Brisket is a classic, richly flavored cut from the lower chest of the cow. Known for its deep beef flavor and satisfying texture, it is ideal for slow-cooked meals, barbecue, or braising. When cooked low and slow, brisket becomes tender, juicy, and full of flavor, making it a favorite for family dinners and special occasions.
This brisket comes from our Dexter cattle, a heritage breed well-suited to pasture-based systems. Raised at Growing Roots Farm using rotational grazing practices, our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, producing naturally flavorful meat without added hormones or antibiotics.
