This flank steak comes from our Dexter cattle, a heritage breed well-suited to pasture-based systems. Raised at Growing Roots Farm using rotational grazing practices, our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, delivering naturally flavorful meat without added hormones or antibiotics.

Flank steak is quick-cooking and benefits from careful slicing:

  • Heat: Medium-high to high
