Beef Filet Mignon
Filet mignon is a premium, tender cut from the beef tenderloin, prized for its buttery texture and mild, rich flavor. This steak is perfect for special occasions, quick sears, or elegant weeknight dinners.
This filet mignon comes from our Dexter cattle, a heritage breed well-suited to pasture-based systems. Raised at Growing Roots Farm using rotational grazing practices, our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, producing naturally flavorful, tender steaks without added hormones or routine antibiotics.
