Beef Skirt Steak
Skirt steak is a thin, intensely flavorful cut prized for its bold beefy taste and versatility. Cut from the plate, this long, flat steak shines when cooked quickly over high heat and sliced thin across the grain.
This skirt steak comes from our Dexter cattle, a heritage breed well-suited to pasture-based systems. Raised at Growing Roots Farm using rotational grazing practices, our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, producing richly flavored meat with excellent texture.
