Beef Tri-Tip
Tri-tip is a flavorful, triangular cut from the bottom sirloin, prized for its tenderness and bold beefy flavor. Perfect for roasting, grilling, or smoking, tri-tip delivers a premium steakhouse taste in a home-friendly cut.
This tri-tip comes from our Dexter cattle, a heritage breed well-suited to pasture-based systems. Raised at Growing Roots Farm using rotational grazing practices, our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, producing rich, naturally beefy flavor with excellent texture.
