New York Strip Steak
New York strip steak is a classic, premium cut known for its bold beef flavor, firm yet tender texture, and clean bite. Cut from the short loin, it offers a steakhouse-quality experience with excellent balance between richness and structure.
This New York strip steak comes from our Dexter cattle, a heritage breed well-suited to pasture-based systems. Raised at Growing Roots Farm using rotational grazing practices, our beef is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished, producing naturally flavorful beef with excellent texture and consistency.
